The Boyup Brook Country Music Festival is on again in 2024!
​
The gates for the Festival open at 5 pm on Friday, February 16, and will extend its festivities until Sunday afternoon, February 18, 2024. With numerous hours of varied musical performances gracing the main stage at the Music Park, the event is not to be missed.
On Friday there are multiple events, with a Bootscooting Workshop, a Balladeers Showcase, Shindig at the Music Park and an Old Time Dance at the Town Hall, plus an evening songwriting workshop.

Bootscooting Workshop is at the Football Club on Thursday 10am-12pm and Friday 10:30am-12:30pm

Allan Caswell is holding a Music Industry Workshop on Friday evening from 6pm - 7:30pm. If you are interested in a career in music, or improving your songwriting skills then come along and listen to Allan Caswell who has had over 900 of his songs recorded all over the world by a wide range of music artists.

On Saturday, the Street Carnival will come alive, showcasing local and emerging musicians and artists who will be busking in the town streets, presenting an array of original songs, entertainment, and an abundance of vibrant colours and plenty of children’s entertainment. There is also a special morning Music Industry workshop.

Troy Cassar-Daly is holding a Music Industry Workshop at the Football Club from 9am - 10:30am. Troy has received 40 Golden Guitars, 5 ARIAs, 3 APRA Song of the Year awards, 9 Deadlys (Australian Indigenous Artist Awards), 4 CMAA Entertainer of the Year awards plus 2 NIMAs (National Indigenous Music Awards).
Get ready for a weekend filled with musical diversity and lively street performances, a Ute and Truck Muster and Parade and the big Bush Poets Breakfast!

Bush Poets Breakfast:
This marks the most significant Bush Poetry gathering in Western Australia and possibly one of the largest in the entire country. With a lineup of top-notch bush poets participating in the festival, we can anticipate another immensely successful Bush Poet’s Brekky. Gary Fogarty and all your favourite WA poets will provide a varied poetry program guaranteed to make you laugh, make you cry, and make you think.
