UTE AND TRUCK MUSTER

We are excited to have you here and want you to have a great time showing off your utes and trucks at the 2024 Boyup Brook Ute & Truck Muster. We have an awesome day planned for all to enjoy!

Times:

Saturday

• 8:30am - Registration desk opens. Assemble at the Old Railway Station on Railway Parade to collect your armband and vehicle sticker.

• 10:30am - Registration desk closes.

• 11:00am - Ute and Truck parade to make its way through the streets of Boyup Brook to the Music Park Muster grounds.

• 12:30pm - Gates open for general public entry. 

• 2:00pm - Flex Ramp competition begins.

• 3:00pm - Presentations begin on stage.

• 4:30pm - Gates open for those with day passes to remove vehicles.

• 5:30pm - Gates close until 6am Sunday.

Sunday

• 6:00am - Gates open to exit.

• 10:00am - All vehicles to have left the Muster grounds.

$90 Driver entry fee per ute or truck includes:

• Driver entry into the Ute & Truck Muster parade and judging

• Saturday festival ticket to see the huge line-up at the Boyup Brook Country Music Festival

• Camping in your ute, sleeper cab or swag for Saturday night

$90 Passenger entry fee includes: 

• Passenger seat in nominated ute or truck

• Saturday festival ticket to see the huge line-up at the Boyup Brook Country Music Festival

• Camping in nominated ute or sleeper cab

$30 Driver Day Only entry fee includes:

• Driver entry into the Ute & Truck Muster parade and judging

• Access to the Muster grounds only

$30 Passenger Day Only entry fee includes:

• Passenger seat in nominated ute or truck

• Access to the Muster grounds only

$10 Parade Only entry fee includes:

• Entry into the Ute & Truck Muster parade only

​

$10 4x4 Flex Ramp Competition entry fee includes:

• Entry into the 4x4 Flex Ramp Competition (Must also purchase muster entry)

$5 Children 12-17 entry fee

(Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)

Prohibited List:

• NO BYO - all vehicles will be searched

• NO glass

• NO animals

• NO trailers

• NO overnight camping at the Railway Station

• NO over height vehicles (>4.3m) including flags

• NO throwing anything from vehicles in parade eg lollies, toys etc

• No engine revving or loud music after 7pm

• No unsociable behaviour will be tolerated
