There is something unmistakably Australian about a line of polished utes and trucks rumbling down a country main street. It is pride, tradition and community spirit wrapped up in steel, chrome and a good layer of red dust. In 2026, the Boyup Brook Country Music Muster’s Ute and Truck Parade returns in a refreshed parade only format, giving vehicle owners and spectators alike a chance to focus on what matters most, showing off the vehicles and celebrating the people behind them.
Open to utes, trucks, classic cars and other standout vehicles, the parade invites entrants to bring their pride and joy to the streets of Boyup Brook and be part of one of the Muster’s most loved events. From immaculately restored classics to hardworking modern rigs, the parade showcases the diversity and character of vehicles that are part of everyday regional life.
A highlight of the event is the People’s Choice Awards, where the crowd gets the final say. Spectators will vote for their favourite ute, truck, classic car and other categories, making it a true community judged celebration. There is no panel of experts, just the opinions of the people lining the streets and soaking up the atmosphere.
While the parade is the centrepiece, participants can choose from a range of entry options that include access to the Music Park and camping at the hockey grounds across the weekend. Friday night arrivals allow vehicles to settle in early, with gates opening at 4:00 pm and a quiet, no movement policy overnight. Saturday is parade day, with registration at the Old Railway Station from 8:30 am, vehicles rolling through Boyup Brook at 11:30 am, and public viewing at the hockey grounds from 12:30 pm. By Sunday morning, the grounds clear, wrapping up another memorable chapter of the Muster.
Clear guidelines are in place to keep everyone safe and comfortable. All vehicles are searched on entry, with no BYO alcohol, no glass, no animals, no trailers and strict noise restrictions in the evenings. Unsociable behaviour is not tolerated, ensuring the parade remains family friendly and enjoyable for all.
Set against the bigger picture of the Boyup Brook Country Music Muster, with its street carnival, live music and festival atmosphere, the Ute and Truck Parade remains a celebration of country culture at its most authentic. It is not just about the vehicles, it is about the stories, the people and the community that comes together to make the Muster what it is.
