Your Chance to Perform at the 2023 Boyup Brook Country Music Festival

Updated: Sep 6, 2022

BOYUP BROOK, WESTERN AUSTRALIA – Established and emerging musicians are invited to submit their interest in being part of the stellar line-up being organised for the 2023 Boyup Brook Country Music Festival.

The long-running festival is making a welcome return to the calendar after a COVID-19-triggered hiatus – and solo acts, duos and bands are invited to apply for the chance to perform during the festival at next year’s event, taking place between February 17 and 19.

Fans and performers alike each year look forward to the event that incorporates live performances at an open-air venue on the banks of the Blackwood River.

Festival Music Director Donna Forsyth encourages musicians from around Australia, including home-grown talents, to take up the opportunity to play to fans.

“Wherever you are based in Australia, this is a great chance to get in front of the appreciative crowds that make the trip to Boyup Brook in Western Australia’s South West region,” Mrs Forsyth said.

“In our search for performers, we would love to unearth some brand-new talent and see them shine alongside big-name stars at Western Australia’s biggest country music festival.”

Traditionally held over the third weekend of February, the Boyup Brook Country Music Festival is known for its fun and friendly program of events that bring people back to the South West town year after year.

Thousands enjoy highlights including the concerts in Music Park, as well as the lively street carnival featuring buskers, street performers, children’s activities, and markets.

Expressions of Interest are now open to musical artists. Submissions close Friday 26th August 2022.
