COVID Related Refund Policy for the Boyup Brook Country Music Festival 2022

The 2022 Boyup Brook Country Music Festival presented by LiveLighter will be operating as required to by State Government COVID Safe mandates, and will require proof of double vaccination to enter the Music Park festival area. We encourage all attendees to bring masks and hand sanitiser and use both as they feel needed. The health and wellness of our attendees and our local community is a priority for the event organisers.


We also understand the difficulties that many of our performing artists have faced over the last 2 years, with many cancellations and reductions in venues playing live music. It is our aim to ensure the event go ahead unless it is absolutely necessary to cancel.


The Organising Committee would like to clarify the specific event policy in regards to disruption to the event due to COVID to allow patrons to feel confident and secure with their ticket purchases.


Country Music Club of WA Boyup Brook Country Music Festival Ticket Refund Policy

If the Country Music Club of Boyup Brook WA Inc. (CMCBB) is unable to present the 2022 Boyup Brook Country Music Festival as planned 18-20 February 2022 due to COVID-19 restrictions or State or Federal Health Department directives or requirements, the CMCBB will consider if the event can be rescheduled, and if so, offer ticket holders an event credit to the rescheduled date.


If ticket holders are unable to attend the 2022 Boyup Brook Country Music Festival due to border restrictions or closure, self-isolation requirements, or any other health or medical reasons, then an event credit or full refund will be offered upon provision of proof of reason for refund request. Other reasons for a refund will be considered depending on the circumstances.


If ticket holders are refused entry because they cannot provide proof of double vaccination at the event, then those patrons will only be offered an event credit to the following year’s event. A full refund of ticket purchased will not be offered.


NOTE: All patrons who wish to receive an event credit or refund for tickets will be required to submit a request in writing to CMBB detailing their circumstances surrounding their request. Please ensure any request for a refund or event credit are made in writing and address to the Country Music Club of Boyup Brook.

Any written requests MUST be received by CMCBB within 30 days from the date of the event.

Requests for a refund will be acknowledged by a CMCBB committee member within 5 business days of receipt of the correspondence via email or Australia Post if sent by mail.


Request for Ticket Refunds will be subject to review by CMCBB’s committee, and all refunds will be issued to the ticket purchaser electronically into a nominated bank account. No cash will be refunded.
