Storm in a Teacup
Boots, Hats & Country Hearts
Under our new umbrella, the Country Music Club of Boyup Brook warmly invites you to join us for the 15th annual Storm in a Teacup Ladies’ Day on Friday, 9 October 2026 at the Music Park in Boyup Brook.
Although the time of year and venue have changed, the heart of the event remains the same. We’re creating a fun, inspiring, and memorable day filled with stalls, engaging speakers, a little boot scooting, lunch, wine, goodie bags, and plenty of opportunities to connect and network.
As this year’s event falls during WA Mental Health Week, we are delighted to welcome our first speaker, Dr Sarah Youngson, the 2026 Community Health Professional of the Year at the WA Rural Health Excellence Awards. We are also thrilled to present Lucy Peach—bestselling author, award winning performer, songwriter, and widely known as the Period Queen.
For over a decade, Lucy has captivated sold out audiences across Australia. A true trailblazer, she moves effortlessly between festivals, TEDx talks, school halls, and candlelit rooms, meeting audiences wherever they are and singing truth to power with humour, tenderness, and rebellion.
