What time do the gates open for camping?

All campgrounds open at 12noon on Friday 19 February 2021.

How do I reserve my campsite?

Click here to book camping and choose from seven sites. They’re all priced the same so just pick your favourite spot.

Can I rent a tent from you?

Yes! Purchase our hassle free accommodation option and rent a tent.

Choose from two, three or four person tents plus a range of extras.

These tents are erected and dismantled for you – included in the price.

Am I allowed to bring alcohol into the campground?

Yes! Every Adult ticket holder can bring:

One unopened slab/carton of beer (maximum 30 cans) OR 4L of unopened wine.

We have a strict NO GLASS policy, so make sure you don’t bring glass bottles.

Can we have a fire and bring our own wood?

Yes! But all fires must be contained in a drum no bigger than half a 44 gallon.

All wood must be under 60cm in width and length.

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Sorry, the Boyup Brook Ute and Truck Muster doesn’t offer a refund if you can’t attend.
